The Company started its voyage in 2002 as a private limited company in the name & style of Salvo Chemical Industry Limited. The company was incorporated in Bangladesh under the Companies Act, 1994, vide Reg. No. “C-44978(1446) 2002” dated 29 January, 2002 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSCF), Dhaka. Subsequently the Company was converted to a Public Limited Company with registration on 04 August 2008 from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSCF), Dhaka.
